Many of us are familiar with the kind of gospel message - often called the "prosperity gospel" - portrayed by many televangelists, that one can be blessed with wealth and health by simply having enough faith or doing certain things for God. A professor at Duke University recently shared her struggle with cancer in light of the gospel prosperity message. What happens when "speaking it into existence" doesn't help?
