Consuming alcohol is a practice that some Christians are divided on. Catholics and even many reformed denominations take a moderate view on drinking, while other protestants, such as the Southern Baptist Convention, have long held the view of total abstinence. So in this episode, we consider what Scripture has to say about alcohol. Is it acceptable for any Christian to drink at all? Is it a slippery-slope? What if others are offended or tempted toward alcoholism? It's a subject we think all Christians should give careful consideration to. We present our thoughts on the subject, but we also recommend some of the wise writings of other pastors (check the links).
