Jill Holt

Family Ministries Intern

My vision is for the girls to know that Jesus is everything - and then live like that.

Jill grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee, and received her degree from Carson-Newman University. She started regularly attending Arrowhead in the fall of 2011, feeling free to be authentic about her walk with Jesus without being judged. After being a YoungLife leader for several years, she was hired as the family ministries intern in the summer of 2014.

Jill helps plan and is instrumental in the execution of student activities, both weekly and monthly, with our family pastor, Brett Moore. She leads a middle and high school girl's Bible study and hangs out with our students every weekday. Her goal is to provide students, particularly girls, with a safe place to find direction to the Lord and love for themselves. Her favorite activity is to tell and show our students about the character of Jesus.

Jill likes to dance and laugh and make lists of books to read. She desires to be an elf (Lord of the Rings elf, of course), and considers herself to be a pancake connoisseur. Her favorite book is The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman.
