1 Thessalonians 3:11-13
11 Now may our God and Father himself, and our Lord Jesus, direct our way to you. 12 And may the Lord cause you to increase and overflow with love for one another and for everyone, just as we do for you. 13 May he make your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints. Amen.
While Paul waits on his availability to visit the Thessalonians, he knows they can love each other so well that they don’t even need him! Their faith can overflow into one another. Overflow is what spills out when we are so full. There is a kind of faith that isn’t just dry and weak. Be challenged today to live so full of Jesus that it spills out.
Father, I don’t want a minimum level of faith. I want it to overflow. Would you fill my spiritual tank today so much that I can’t help but impact the lives of the people around me?
Am I dry? Am I settling for a bare minimum? Do I want real life with God?
